What to include
To help us resolve issues quickly, include:
- The page URL you were using (for example, the converter page or a specific tool section).
- Your device and browser (Chrome/Firefox/Safari/Edge + version if possible).
- What you tried to convert (format + approximate file size).
- The exact error message, or a screenshot.
Response time
We try to respond as quickly as possible. During high traffic periods, responses may take longer.
If you are reporting a bug, please also try a second browser once; that helps us narrow down whether it is a browser-specific issue.

Convert support can help with conversion errors, unexpected output quality, browser compatibility issues, and basic workflow questions.
For the fastest resolution, tell us whether you were using single-file conversion or the bulk queue, and which output format you selected.
Common fixes to try first
- Refresh the page and try the conversion again with the same settings.
- Try a second output format (for example: switch from JPG to WebP) to see if the result improves.
- If the image has transparency, avoid JPG (use PNG or WebP instead).
- If the file is very large, try converting fewer files at once so you can isolate one problematic input.
